As a rule, I don't edit pictures from my phone. As a follow-on to that statement, my camera pictures are generally terrible-- to the point that editing wouldn't help them out much anyway. I do solidly swear it is my phone's camera. No photographer should ever admit they take lousy pictures regardless of the equipment used-- oh well, honesty is a fault, I suppose. Having taken a zillion photos at zoos before with no end use, I typically don't bring my camera on zoo excursions anymore. That's where a bad phone pic is better than no pic at all! A week ago, we planned a day outing with our friend Michelle (of the "Pat and Michelle" friends from Minnesota, but unfortunately we weren't graced with Pat's presence this trip). Michelle traveled to Colorado Springs on business and we were so happy that we could cross paths for the day and enjoy catching up. We had such a nice day with her (we missed you, Pat!) and the kids always enjoy the zoo. So, here's the terrible recap pics from the day. LOL.....
