I've only attempted to get portrait-style photos of Emalie one other time. That time left me exhausted and frustrated. While I had all of my equipment set up this week, I decided to do an impromptu session. I guess her being a little older, not having Nikolas there to get her all riled up and the fact that I swooped her up from her nap when she was still groggy, all made for a much better session this time around. She was quite the little angel sitting on the portrait stool. Thank goodness I caught some real smiles this time!
